Course Policy

• One course cannot be transferred to another course after purchase unless ITS Academy approves it.
• Course access cannot be transferred from one student to another.
• Fake name, fake account, or misleading information may result in account suspension.

• Course payment is generally non-refundable.

No Refund Policy

Refund may only be considered in exceptional cases such as duplicate payment, payment deducted but course access not provided, wrong course access due to technical error from ITS Academy, or course cancellation by ITS Academy before access is provided.

Delivery Policy

For online courses and digital services, access is usually provided after successful payment confirmation.

• Outside Dhaka: Within 10 working days

Intellectual Property Rights
